PPL

>PPL

Why not just do PPPPPPx, and then do squats and heavy deadlifting on Pull days?

>do loads and loads of exercises and volume for chest, triceps, biceps etc
>just do squats for legs

This you?

Yeah, but do heavy fucking squats and reads to work those legs.

That guy is also pinning tho

basically ppl is a bastard push pull created by retards who thought changing the name for their bodypart split would make it more efficient

Heavy squats alone give you large quads

This is true. If you can't to do ATG squats you're better off replacing it with hip thrusts

why even be a splitcuck? just work full body, retard.

Because the upper body is way more complex, aesthetic, and useful.

Why not just do push/pull?

>and useful
Retard desk monkey detected

>complex
what?
>aesthetic
so train it more in a full body day
>useful
idk what you are talking about

Do PP: Squats and calves on push, deadlifts on pull.

I do it PPxPxPx

>calves

>useful
Have you ever tried walking on just your hands bro?

This has me thinking, if I do upper-lower split why can't I just do ULULULx? Why do I need a need more breaks? Currently ULxULxx.

Deadlifts on Push days and Squats on Pull days.
Well more rest days gives better recovery.

What about /ULxULxU LxULxUL xULxULx/? Without two days off for the weekend I gain two weeks in three months.

Push (Bench)/Pull (Rows)/Legs (Squat)/rest/Push (OHP)/Deadlift/Rest

the objective best routine

Only doable if you are dyel

kek wut brvh
Man are you serious? Well with a three week cycle you could set up interesting periodization. w1 heavy upper, w2 heavy lower, w3 deload week

>Man are you serious?
I'm just curious, probably won't do it, but was just wondering if a second rest day on weekends is redundant.

I do ppl but on pull I deadlift and on legs I squat, I also run it Legs, Push, Pull. (LPPLPPx).
Otherwise leg work would be too neglected.

Well you can do what I said.
W1: Upper Intensity, Lower Volume
W2: Upper Volume, Lower Intensity
W3: Upper Volume, Lower Volume
>but was just wondering if a second rest day on weekends is redundant.
I like to respect the value of rest time for others. As a matter fact I'd recommend 2-3 days full body and 1-2 days of cardio for most people instead of ulul or ppl
