Bodyweight is 200lbs so I think its quite achievable. Bench is sitting 3 plate, squat at 430 pounds, Deadlift at 505 pounds.

sorry i forgot to answer the first part of your question. I dont deadlift heavy anymore since my back has taken too much abuse from football and construction work. Football killed my knees as well. The tendons in my arms are screwed up bad, and thats the only thing ill link to lifting, though not proven.
My bench "record" currently is 340lbs for two reps, which is sad considering highschool teams consistently push 400+. Im still proud.
I can still deadlift upper 300s on a good day. Not impressive but for what ive got left ill take it.
