Zero.

Everyday, if you count home, calisthenic workouts.

5 before work

6, cardio everyday however.

3 days atm, want to raise it to 4 again though

6 days a week 2 hours a day. Sometimes go on my off day too.

7 days a week, 8 hours a day.

do you work at the gym or smth

3 times a week, about 90 minutes for each session

4, I'm completely stuck on this schedule
>Wednesday full body
>Friday squats or deadlifts
>Saturday press
>Sunday deadlifts or squats

3 during the week for an hour
2 on the weekend for two hours
Cardio everyday for an hour

I try for everyday except Sundays because they're closed and their hours are fucking weird. Every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday theyre open from 8-1 and then 5-8. Wednesday, Friday and Saturday they're only open 8-1. Sundays are closed.
I'd change gyms but their monthly membership prices are cheap as fuck and its a 9 minute walk from my house.

So I try for everyday, sometimes twice a day if I can, but sometimes my work schedule completely cuts off any possibility of going. Not always, but more than I'd like it to.

8 hour arm workouts, brah

ideally I'd be going 6 times a week but in reality it's more like 3-5 because of school and shit. I get relatively mild, yet annoying, headaches that stop me going to the gym a lot of the time.

Once a week, I train at home every other day tho

Five days per week

Strength, cardio, strength, cardio, strength, rest, rest

245lbs and fat to 208lbs and muscular in seven months.. having trouble getting rid of the last little bit of fat keeping my abs from looking really cut... debating keto.

I go every other day.

It doesn't make sense as a natty to go more often than that. Your central nervous system simply doesn't have enough time to recovery.

I wish I was wrong. I spent a lot of time trying to do 6 days a week, but without gear it just doesn't seem doable over the long term, especially without a break week like once a month.

Where the fuck did you get the idea that this was any kind of routine at all?

do 2 a day 6 days a week while im at uni

im still natty, presumably going to drop dead at some point with burnout

Lel. I've been going 5+ days a week for years.

7. Usually have 1 day off a month.

That's not even a routine, just a very basic outline you autist

4 days from mon to friday. Ususally i go Monday-Tuesday - Thursday - Friday

Choke me, daddy!

routine?

This.

Workout at home. Between Weights, Running, and other Exercises I usually take one day off for total rest a week.

Monday: Chest -Triceps
Thuesday: Shoulder and general upper body
Thursday: Cardio day, run 30 min and rowing
Friday: Back - Biceps

I do a 10 min run every day as a warm up

Any time

Holy shit. I just realized the whole
>"le u gotta get all dls, squat, bench and OHP all in 3 times a week" is a fucking meme

I don't do squats actually. But dude just find a routine that works for you. This one works for me so far.

horrible

chest, shoulders, and back once a week? no legs? never gonna make it

>But dude just find a routine that works for you.
I've looked but i haven't been able to find a body builder routine i trust. I think i'm gonna create my own 5 day routine
what routine do you do?

Nope no legs, 20 years of football has left me with thick as fuck legs.

>implying i need some lanklet online telling me that im not going to make it

im dont do what i do, it wont suit you at all.

do starting strength for 6 months to get a good base then pick a hypertrophy routine you like that actually hits key groups more than once a week, like a Push/Pull/Legs ABxCxAB something like that

heres a basic one i followed for a while of a similar style. dont be a dyel and start doing this kind of routine, though

ABxCAxBC

A = Bicep/Back
B = Chest/Tricep
C = Leg/Shoulder
Plus core every gym day

I've trimmed workout times down to about 1h15m, if no one is there then I can finish in 1h

I already have the base thank you user have a helper

>implying

im 6'2, not lanky. post legs

heres another PP: that was popular a while ago, havent tried it though

How long have you been doing the routine in ?

And why is it bad to only do chest, shoulders and back once a week?

wait is this program legit?

i did that for about 6- 7 months before i switched to the reason you do routines such as this is because you need to be hitting each muscle group at least twice a week to break the fibers and keep growing. You need more volume, leaving 7 days between chest workouts is dumb and youll barely progress. thats why PPL is so widely used, and why dumb brosplits are hated by everyone who knows remotely what theyre doing

heres a good video for you, because im feeling helpful

Shit, thanks man.

jeff nippard is a bit of a meme because hes only 5'4 or something, but his videos are good imo

youtube.com/watch?v=HtV1FIPyTEw

heres his chest video with some in-the-gym routine tips. he has some good tips

Its gay af, just do ss or sl and add curl and weighted dips

its a hypertrophy routine, you spastic.

5-6 times a week. About 1 hour to 1 1/2. I don't count the cardio i do besides the gym however.

>jeff nippard is a bit of a meme
jeffs honorary 6'1 member m8 fuck off

6 days a week, 2 hours a day, only upper body.
