Thanks for the honesty boys, looks like I still got some work to do. I know my arms are tiny but they just won't grow, my chest and back have got way bigger lately but my arms just stay pretty much the same, any advice?
5'7 , 20 years old, lifting for one year and a few months now.
I went from 220lbs to 155lbs which was my lowest and I am currently bulking to 175lbs. Pic is me at 165lbs.
Any good tips on how to improve chest size? I don't really mind the core looking this weak since I usually do 3x10 of hanging leg raises after each workout and that gives me enough stimuli to make it seems like I at least worked them a small bit.
Current dyel stats are
(All 1RM)
187.3 lbs bench.
220 lbs Deadlift
135 lbs squat (bad knees because of being overweight my whole life)
121 lbs OHP/Push Press
Are you isolating them? Eric Bugen... says that his really started to grow once he did insanely high reps. Not sure though because I haven't done it myself.

Do supersets and spoto press, also dumbbell press going really far down with the elbows, feel the stretch. Flaring the elbows out when you move it up will make you feel your chest and front delt.

Don't count calories anymore seen as it's not practical. I eat 3 meals a day and think to myself ok I've eaten normally today that's gonna maintain my weight and then I go and eat a small bit more to put myself in a surplus.
Probably not in a surplus the whole time cause I lost a pound but meh.
