For a stomach like that you either need perfect genetics, or you do need to work pretty damn hard.
Her glutes and hamstrings are completely untrained, very flabby and saggy. She's very likely a runner considering her calves and quads and does ab work at least every other day.
So you don't need a gym for this. Just do some running and ab work. I don't know why you're aiming so low or why you don't care about having a good butt.

plan a caloric reduction:
-track everything you eat in a day. do this for a week or so to get a good idea on average.
-find the calories of that daily average
-reduce it by about 500 calories.

then run at least every other day.

you can also do planks, and bodyweight squats (just do like 100 every day or something).

run at least 18km a week, 3km a day 6 times a week or 5km a day four times a week
do body weight squats and pistol squats (more advanced) and search some hamstring/glute calisthenic exercises
