I was born with a bent penis, but it is essentially the same as peyronies disease as the cure is the same: surgery.

Now I was 20 when I got this surgery at the end of 2016 and I would totally do it again. I don't know how bad your curvature is but it was about 55 to 60 degrees for me. When I went to the urologist he got me an appointment in the next urology clinic on the same day without much discussion as 45° is already enough of a curvature to justify surgery apparently.

There are several types of procedures for this, but the main one is Nesbit. Nesbit is basically cutting out tissue from the longer side, shortening your penis length by as much as an half an inch, but it has a low complication rate compared to other procedures and with 6.6 inches I had enough to spare anyway.

Recovery sucks, no other way to put it. You can't masturbate for 4 weeks atleast, the first few weeks you will wake up in the middle of the night due to nocturnal errections (you don't just get morning wood, healthy men get 4-5 errections a night) which with a cut up dick are really fucking painful. I spent the first week after surgery in hospital with a catheter which is really uncomfortable. It was probably worse than the pain itself. You will also likely get circumcised to avoid infection risk of the foreskin covering the stitches.

My result though was really good, a year later my penis is bend by less than 5° to the left.

Surgery sucks, recovery is shit, but if it actually does affect your sex life or makes you self concious, you should consider it, it improved my quality of life sooo fucking much

At a guess the foreskin is tight and restricts the flow of blood to the glans when retracted so it can't get as hard as it possibly could. I'd try hot stretching. Just be patient and don't expect overnight results or you could tear which would hurt like crazy. Slow and steady and you'll be able to get it to a good level.

it's scar tissue that starts from a tiny injury in the fascia of the penis. That can happen if the penis is bent too much like during sex or if you aggressively jelq or pump it. the tiny injury then starts to heal but scar tissue often grow around the whole penis so there is a ring of scar tissue that cause an hourglass shape. Or the penis is bent from hardened fibrous plaque that will eventually start to hurt when you get erect.
