Bench press

Place a plate on your back

this

plate on ur back like a non retard

Reinforce the handles on a backpack. Gotten over 90 pounds with that.

Then I can only really go up to 25kg and trying to advance to 25kg is a pain. Balancing a 10kg, 5kg, 2.5kg and 1.75kg on your back isn't easy.

why not just do a more difficult bodyweight variation of pushup

I was considering elevating myself off the floor. Using my bench and cage. Then I can use a dipping harness as long as I'm high enough off the floor.

Use a smaller plate, dumbass.

Because they are legitimately stupid and believe the more weights with calisthenics rather then getting better with calisthenics thing that retards do.

Can do a four plate chin but still can't do a one arm chinup? LOLOL Fag.

Just do inverted weighted pushups

Shut the fuck up manlet

6'3" 245 and can do one arm pushups and half one arm chinups.

What can you do runt?
1/2/3/4?
Could do that when I was 15 and only did curlbro lifting and calesthenics beforehand.

nice b8

Nice cope

So much flaunting ima need to see some proof or somthing

Move onto planche pressups

one arm push ups are not impressive. I am mirin your half one arm chinups, but I am skeptical about your form on them.

>He says while not being able to do a true one arm pushup

Just have your girlfriend sit on your back

I can, I only do bodyweight training and before anybody asks
>5'9 177cm
>65kg

>Balancing a 10kg, 5kg, 2.5kg and 1.75kg on your back isn't easy.
And you wanted to add weight to make it harder, right?

Put on a backpack and fill it with weights you brainlet

If you say runt.

OP, I do weighted pushups using a very durable backpack. Still fucking awkward, but I can get 2 45s into it.
Honestly, it's not that great of an exercise just because of practicality issues.

are you trying to be mean?

Get a series of progressively heavier women to sit on your back

...

6'5" 255 and can do 1 handed pushups with my pinky finger and rep 1 arm chin ups every day.

What can you do cunt?
2/3/4/5?
Could rep that when I was 14 and only did crossfit and breakdancing on weekends.

Probably just having someone load the weights on your back. I figure the sensible way to do things would be to get a group of weights together, wrap a chin through the hole and around the exterior, and just ask someone to place them on your back before you lift. Then roll over and dump the weights when you're done

I solved this.
>Buy some camp pad from Walmart
>cut out a small square
>roll it tight enough to fit in the center of the plate
>stack desired weight on pad roll

I'm up to lmao2pl8 pushups now which, according to my scale, at the top of my push up is approximately 225lbs

6'7" 265 and can do no handed pushups with my pinky toes and rep 1 arm pull ups every day.

3/4/5/6?
Could rep that when I was 13 and only flew kites and sucked dick.

6'9" 275 and can do no handed pushups with my pinky toes and rep 1 arm pull ups every day.

What can you do cunt?
4/5/6/7?
Could rep that when I was 12 and only browsed the 'ch0n and ate lamb rogan josh beforehand.

300 dollars for a harness and some chain... And two morons somewhere actually bought them
