Barbell Push Press 3x6
Seated Dumbbell Press 3x10
Barbell Upright Rows 4x8
Dumbbell Lateral Raises 4x8
The shoulders are a near 50 50 split between type 1 and type 2 muscle fibers. So It requires both heavy, low rep work, 4-8 rep range, and relatively lighter, high rep work, think 9-15 rep range.
Note how I said relatively light, not just light. Don't go lateral raise 5 pound dumbbells. Do what you can feel in the muscle and reach failure OR near failure within the set and rep range you've selected.
