these are the compounds a routine for natty aesthetics should center around. add shoulder assistance for size and rotator cuff health, a horizontal press variation for chest and tricep size, rows for width, arm accessories, ab work, and squat once a week for posterity. there you go, start from non-fatty and you're well on your way to not looking like total shit in six to twelve months.

You're all missing out the fact this is what Pavel Tsatsouline advises, Bugenhagen so etc. There's also many positive follows-up on such program starting strength forum. Sure, might not be enough for bodybuilding aesthetics but sure it could get you looking good if you ate right and lift a lot (about 20x5 of each per session). Of course, could be improved by rotating press and deadlift styles.
