I need some SERIOUS help. I just recently turned 19 and I've been suffering from numerous symptoms for the past year and a half, going on 2 years.
>no motivation >low energy >depression >brain fog >low sex drive >can't get erection without touching penis
I put it off for a while hoping it will get better, partly because I was embarrassed to talk about these symptoms. But enough is enough I need help. Planning on seeing a doc soon but I still wanted to ask here. Has anybody been in my position and how did they fix themselves? Any advice?
Julian Morgan
Go on a run/lift/get some cardio Sleep 8 hours Be open with the doc, even with your sexual history
I dunno though man when I turned 19 my boners went from every thirty seconds to every hour or so.
Nathaniel Miller
Go on No porn , no masturbation , no orgasm for 30 days . You will feel amazing
Hudson Evans
Eat nuts, berries, and green veggies every day Less processed meats and deep fried foods Get at least 8hrs sleep Jog/walk at least 1 mile, twice a day Do not fap
If you have the self dicipline to actually stick to this routine for at least 1 month, then I swear you will feel superhuman by the next month OP.

Thanks for the help anons, but I'm really concerned about the fact that I can't get an erection very well even when I do touch it, along with my low sex drive. It's been like this for the past two years. I'll start no fap and exercise to see if that helps.

I mean no one is just going to solve your depression. There's a lot of underlying issues to need to work out with yourself there.
The rest of that really stems from the depression. People will give you advice, but no one can just make themselves motivated and fix everything in a week. Read some non bs help books. Eat better. Solve your problems. Care less about stupid shit that doesn't matter.

>no porn (this is much more important than no fap, no porn plus less fap is more realistic) >maintain a healthy routine >go outside >take vitamin d3 >spend time around women irl
there may be an underlying health issue but it is most likely mental as well as arousal stimuli desensitization due to spending too much time on places like this or worse porntube sites.
Not only does porn desensitize but it wires the brain to get off on certain cues which often become increasingly weird and niche for a lot of people.

some of your symptoms are related or caused by each other. in other words, if you resolve to address one or two of them, the others will follow. Start by getting outside. go for walks in nature or something. listen to a podcast. work your way up to jogging and doing other exercises and stretches.

check your testosterone levels you could be low test
try incorporating more fats into your diet. like a shit ton also multivitamins. they helped me a ton when i found out i was low test when i was 23

Hopefully nofap/noporn and some exercise will fix improve my mood. Also I don't really eat anything crappy.
I probably am vitamin D deficient as I spend a lot of time indoors. I will give the d3 a shot.
I've been recently watching some of Joe Rogan's podcasts, specifically the Wim Hof one. The Alex Jones one was funny too.
I thought about this so I looked into the symptoms of low T and some seem to match mine. What kind of multivitamins did you take?
Mason Martinez
Those are signs of low test or depression. You fat? Do you work out? Eat healthy?
You didnt give enough info for us to give you an accurate answer.

I'm not fat but recently I've started to gain some belly fat and arm size has went down a lot. I used to work out but stopped around 10 months ago. I'm getting back into it though.
