I drink black coffee. Used a drop system forever. Tried to move to a french press. Hassle, coffee not strong enough. Switched to instant earlier this year. Allows for dose control and stronger coffee at a whim.

i got green tea extrackt pills from some local supplement jew. works exactly like a mix of l-theanin and caffeine (tried this with 200mg caffeine/200mg l-theanin and other dosages before), but its just green tea leaf extrackt.
thats the way to go or just green tea
