I attempted to make an omelet w/ bacon, red bell peppers, and cheese; fucked up the form, but still tasted good. Forgot the hot sauce also, which would have made this taste even better.

A protein shake and pasta with tuna i had in the fridge for days now.

2 cups oats, 1/4 cup milk, sliced banana, pecans

noice carrot ginger onion and beef shin stew with some chinese wine, sesame oil and a little soy sauce. feels like something I could eat every day. also OP needs to stir omelet constantly (heat treated cooking chopsticks work best for me) until curds have formed sufficiently and egg has settled enough and then let settle for 20 seconds instead of letting it sit like a pancake.

6 slices of bacon/rashers (or back bacon to Americans), a poached egg, a slice of batch bread, a slice of white pudding, and a slice of black pudding. All in all, a nice 800 calories, with a hefty 80 grams of protein.

How do I force myself to eat in the morning? I fucking can't eat anything before 11 without puking it. WTF is wrong with me?

I found that eggs with a lot of pepper and salt are edible in the morning.

Now I gotta try and eat other stuff too.

OMAD feels good too, never a day without energy. The morning workouts get excruciating though.

1 cup dry oats
.75 cup protein nut milk to boil, about .25 cup water added afterwards so oats are not dry
2 scoops of cinnamon protein powder
Tablespoon of cocoa powder
20 almonds
Tastes so fucking good and the macros are great
