Well to get this jacked I suggest you do the following:

1x60 Kettlebell Swings
1x42 Kettlebell Quater Sqiats (going deep is bad for your knees)
1x1 Kettlebell Deadlifts WITH 45lb (anymore and you'll hurt yourself)
1x52 Kettlebell Bench Press on a Swiss ball (these are great for core strength)
