Try Dips. They do wonders for your triceps.

Bench more often and try to pause bench as your main accessory. If there's anything wrong with your form correct that first
eat more and add flat dumbbell bench, it helped me get more volume in

You already lift more than 90% of Veeky Forums. But you should obviously SS, since it is the best thing ever created.

you don't overcome this nightmare, you're just a bad bench presser genetically
probably long arms
Stop trying to progress your squat and diddy (just maintain them) and focus on binch for a month or two.
Do more accessories for your shoulders & triceps, and make sure you're benching properly, and at least twice a week, alternating maximal effort and volume training (check out Dave Tate's bench press cure)
What got me benching 225 4X10 was just doing a fullbody three times a week, benching every workout, and alternating accessory lifts between standing OHP, and weighted dips, plus tricep work at the end of every workout. Just don't kill yourself on the accessories.

>Maybe use ramping sets
>Do push-ups in the morning to hit weak points in your stabilizers
>Do pull-ups for the same reason as chin-ups

My bench went up 20 lbs in 2 months after I started benching 4x/3x a week and doing multiple types of bench press in the same session (close grip, powerlifting comp pause, 2ct pause, JM press, touch and go)
I thank mike tuscshchererer
