Diet will be the largest factor... Any starting program with a few hours of cardio a week will work. Difficulty will be based on where you are now. Age, height, and weight?

175 pounds, but I carry it well. Most people would guess I'm 115 or something

BMI is around 28 and you want to drop it to 20ish like the girl in the photo. Investigate nutrition and macros and create a diet you can stick to. morning cardio and nightly workouts... not sure what else you need to know
