I've been lifting since august, I started because of self hatred reason, I just wanted to feel destroyed everyday, that's why I picked up a ABCDE/HIT training program for my bulking stage.
That's what i'm doing right now:
A - Chest and Abs
B - Legs
C - Shoulders & Trapezoid
D - Back
E - Chest & Abs

I got some results, when I started I was around 123-128, but now i'm feeling estagned. I know that an ABC would be better, but I don't want to stop going to the gym everyday. It's like a therapy to me, what should I do?

Since august, my majors numbers:

Exercises with dumbells = 10kg each dumbell.
Deadlift = 40kg
Bench Press = 30kg/20kg (I only can do 2 reps with 30kg)
Squats = 60kg
Leg Press = 120kg

I can easly use 20kg on my chest while doing Declined Abdominal Crunches

just do the normal noob programs and in between either cardio or back work. gym isnt the only fit-related distraction and resistance exercise isnt the only thing you can do in the gym. given your stats you definitely should do GOMAD or something of the kind if you're short on cash. oats, bananas,peanut butter and cheese are all great mass gainers

your squat is 50% higher then your deadlift? what? You are literally not even trying. I was complete skeleton mode at 6'4'' and I could do bodyweight+10 kgs for 5 reps my first week. If you physically can't deadlift your body-weight after 2 weeks or so you need to see a doctor like asap.

I'm really careful about deadlifting.

It's my last exercise of the back day.
