So I lift to inspire my future sons to stay fit and actually be able to be active when they're young, I want to be able to take them to a park and run around with them for more than 2 minutes, not be to strict on fitness, but I want to be able to inspire them because even working there i've had kids say they want to be as strong as me when they grow up which is awesome.
