Do you weight your food before you eat? or before you cook?

Foken bump

After bro.

Before you cretin

*After I buy it

Sorry

don't be a fucking idiot weigh yourself before you eat and then after you eat -- simple

You weigh before you cook it then dish it out even in your meal preps

Either, just adjust accordingly. cooked chicken you times the weight by 1.5

I count the atoms before putting food in the cart in the grocery store

it depends. With meat and vegetables i just weigh it after so i can divvy it up evenly. With things like rice and lentils i weigh before and after, so i know how much i am preparing, and then how much is in a serving.

If I frequently buy the same food e.g. packs of Chicken Drumsticks, I weigh a few drumsticks a few times, then just go off the average weight.

Weigh your poopies

I have asperger syndrome and even I don't obsess over my diet to that extent.

cooked meat and uncooked meat weighs different though

It depends user, you can measure before or after with one important exception
You measure rice ALWAYS AFTER boiling it.
i.e. you have to calculate how much dry rice equals 100g of boiled
And that 100g of BOILED rice is what you count in macros

Only in the USA because you inject your chicken with salt water and then cover it in bleach.

>weigh food before cooking

>multiply by half my body weight divided by height
>keep track of food to waste ratio religiously

>I'm left with my shit filled tupperware containers and kitchen scale covered with E. Coli
>literally shit posting on Veeky Forums

Thanks for this m8. I always had trouble gauging exactly how much rice I was eating.
