Anyway, I'd start with a 3 times a week plan. 30/40 minutes of cardio every time you train, and bro-splits (you can choose other combinations, but for example chest+bicep/back+tricep/legs+shoulders). You can add abs and lower back lower back on your leg day or whenever you prefer. Maybe reduce the cardio on leg day.
I'd advise 3 sets of 12-15 reps for most exercises.
After getting into it, try new shit.

can't you achieve ottermode through bulking and then cutting? do you actually have to 'cycle' to reach ottermode?
