2 times a week is not enough. Do fullbody 3 times or upper lower 4 times a week.
2 hours of full body workout each time.
I have a few weights at home so I usually work out with those between gym.
The gym's student pass only allows 8 a month, so I can't do more anyway(not that I have time for more anyway)
