What supplement do you feel actually did what it said it would do and didn't feel like placebo?

One you'd swear by.

nitric oxide
caffeine

Creatine

caffeine
omega 3

tren

nicotine

zinc

Seems like most things I take either do nothing, or make me feel great for a day or two, then I go back to feeling like shit. I've tried every vitamin in the alphabet. Fucking depression

zinc
creatine

the only ones I'm 100% sure are not memes

Caffeine
Creatine
Zinc
Vit D

Vitamin D (if you don't live in a hot country) and Zinc have solid evidence behind them. I also take L Arginine in the hope of getting better erections/cumshots but I can't tell if it makes a difference.

Vitamin D
Zinc
Magnesium

Omega 3
Vitamin D3 2000iu
I'm a lot less depressed now and I can concentrate better.

Zinc-bro, is there any negative side effects when you taking zinc? How much do you usually take?

the supp that I take contains zinc lactate
I started taking one cap (15mg of zinc lactate) years ago, eventually increased it to 30mg which made a difference, and later increased it to 45mg just to make sure lmao
never noticed any negative side effects

Creatine, Caffeine, Vitamin D, Zinc, L-Citrulline all work for me in the sense that there are noticeable, positive effects.

Caffiene
Condoitin
Creatine (if you track your mass you can SEE it working during the loading phase)
D3
Glucosamine
Magnesium
Zinc

>(if you track your mass you can SEE it working during the loading phase)
100% not true and the "loading phase" is a scam

I like d3 and copious amounts of black coffee/espresso

>copious
reddit

DNP

Turinabol

I think it's because you're expecting too much out of them. A proper diet and daily vitamin D and you should be set. Creatine if you want a slight non-endurance performance boost. After youve fixed glaring deficiencies, the mental health is well... mental.

vitamin c, vitamin d, zinc, potassium, creatine, whey, b vitamins

>potassium
meant magnesium, but that too

B12 and D3.

>nitric oxide
Just eat your dark green leafy vegetables.

>vitamin c
>potassium
>b vitamins
Just eat your fruits and vegetables.

>everything I think is dumb is le reddit boogeyman

phenibut

caffeine (as you'd expect)
l-citrulline (lateral raises went up 4 kg from 10x8 to 14x8 with creatine and beta alanine in a week)
ashwagandha (after a month of 400mg a day paranoia eg health issues dropped significantly)
creatine (generally 1 or so reps and body looks bloated, also balding while on 1000cal cut)
l-arganine (made dick feel full of blood while flaccid, gave chest pains tho so stopped taking)
Alcar (2 100% in a row on college exams and average score all rose but i imagine its coincidence w/ just getting my shit together in general)

Zinc
L-arginine
Lecithin
:^)

>tfw cant have creatine or i'll go bald
>there is no alternative

Just use regaine while taking creatine. Youll go bald either way

same bro

and i'm on nofap

Zinc + Celery = cum buckets. I was fucking shocked how well it worked.

and?

L-Arginine definitely makes my dick feel more sensitive sometimes, especially when I first started taking it. Very nice feeling

>Fucking depression
No, it's called being a faggot

Anyone got any thoughts on Yohimbine HCL?
It seemed to be everywhere then disappeared, could just be because it's winter.

Does it actually help burn fat / 'stubborn' fat? A lot of it sounded like snake oil shit sold to fat mums.

>bacopa monnieri
made me less of a brainlet
>phenibut
deleted my anxiety
>ashwagandha
less anxiety but not as noticable

zinc

We should really have a sticky listing supplements/vitamins with all the max dosis and information.

>Glucosamine
any side effects for this? what are you taking it for exactly

An user link this not so long ago, had it saved since (I forgot to ask if he minded me saving it though..)

Anything i'm missing?

are you just a dumbass who doesnt know middle school-level words or something?

No im just not a snob, i wouldve just said a lot.
Do you study the blade as well?

Citrulline Malate with pycnogenol has had the most noticeable effect on me. Just be sure to get at least 6g of Citrulline Malate.

joints probably (i am not him)
check examine.com for sides

If you take arginine for that, than rather buy viagra or cialis.

Your priority should be L-citruline, not arginine if you can only get 1.
Also why beta carotene?

dude i dont know what the fuck you are referencing. ironically, you clearly read reddit more recently than i.

Jon?

Caffeine
Ephedrine

But those are drugs

caffeine
omega 3
vitamin D
ZMA

Vitamin D in winter is pretty great.

Caffeine has never let me down.

a decent amount (but not too much) turns your skin a few shades darker (and slightly orangish if you have way too much). I'm pale as fuck but if I go in the sun then I burn before I tan, but the bigger problem is I get moles very easily, so tanning isnt an option in the slightest, and i'd rather not look as pasty white as i do.

Not him but Ive been taking it for years and haven't felt or heard of any. Really does help my joints though

>just eat your meat buddeh

Little faggot.

>Really does help my joints though
in what way? Did you suffer from joint pain after lifting before you started taking them?
or do you joints just feel more stable etc

Just go to examine.com for fairly reliable info on supplements. The sticky is never updated and half of the links are dead. The sticky could still be good if the fucking pakis who run the board maybe knew the first thing about lifting or even gave a damn

What effect? Why malate over straight l-citrulline?

Malate helps with absorption. It gives you energy and is supposed to give a little more strength though I can't really say if I can lift anymore than normal or if I just have the energy to want to. It also helped lower my blood pressure interestingly enough

l-carnitine

>ephedrine
>caffeine
>creatine
>ashwaghanda

Anybody taken garlic extract? Supposed to help your immune system and reduce intensity and frequency of colds.

Just east raw garlic, no need for an extract. And it has loads of good properites and raises N.O.

I can feel myself smelling like garlic on the day after. Smell it in my skin. My office work is not ready for the fumes of testosterone, gainz and garlic.

Uridine + Alcar actually seems to make me happier. Maca actually makes me hornier. Same with zinc (and maybe some strength gains). Everything else besides protein probably makes my pee expensive but I still have a small stack going anyway.

t. Lenny

not the first zinc bro, but be ready for wild dreams the first week or two

Creatine
omega 3

deca and test

beta carotene. chicks are legit all over me now that it's winter time and i am a glowing brown (used to be pale white)

you're paying too much. buy in 250+pill bottles

So does creatine cause hair loss or not?

Eph was always better, YHCL was legal so it probably didn't work

>No pygeum
Never gonna make it

I was curious whether or not this works

I'm also concerned about the health risk it has for smokers and former smokers, and I used to smoke a lot and still smoke occasionally.

came to post this. even 100mg a day gives me a massive increase in precum. apparently good for the prostate and shit when you're older, but this is a happy side effect.
