Will nofap cure my problem? I've tried it for like 2 weeks, I think it helped a little bit, but, still. I rarely get hard, almost only when watching porn, and even then, pretty much only if I have my hand on my dick. I'm thinking I'll just have to get a blood test, see if I have low T. Wouldn't surprise me if that's the issue; I still can't grow a full beard, and have trouble building muscle.

If that's the problem, low T, what then? Do I just get shots and everything's back to normal, or what? How common is this problem?

I'm just plain pissed that I even have this issue. I don't feel like I have low energy, I don't have trouble working out, I feel completely normal. Just never get horny and can't build muscle. Anyone else go through the same shit?

Weirdly if youre natty that actually can stop your dick from working especially if you dont take steroids. 12-15% bf (arbitrary but is generally given number) is normally optimal for your hormone levels (low t normally means low estrogen) try some tribulus as a temporary fix as that will make your dick work again. Depression moods and stress all also contribute and its normally not necessarily low t. Plus fibre in your diet can help. Could link research but it would take too long. Also 180 is actually a pretty good weight for someone your height if youre sort of lean

I had PIED from watching too much porn and it took me 4 months to fully recover. Some guys it takes even longer. If I were you I would get my T levels checked (because its good to know regardless) and try to start off with 90 days nofap and see where you go from there. Good luck to you OP

I went almost 3 months at first which was nice. The first time i got laid after it was like being sisxteen again and having a knee shaking orgasm. But i also noticed with self experimentation that the effects only last a week or ten days with myself so i kept off porn but will jerk it once a week or so when not getting laid. I also wrote so i was pretty desperate for answers at the time and trying everything. It really does have to do with the quitting weed. Sucks but keep at it and it will get better.

Judging by others responses quitting can only make it better off over time. Plus I actually feel really good about the fact that I managed to quit. I smoked heavily for atleast like 3 years or so. So, it's a real achievement. Definitely not gonna smoke again especially when it can only get better.
