>also lower back pain

>knee pains every day
>hip pains and locking up almost daily
>only 22 years old

>tfw having lower back pain since i'm 16 because i have a bad posture from making myself smaller all the time
>grew to 6'4" with 15 and always got mocked in school because of it
>can't do sit ups or crunches because of lower back pain
>confidence is fucking shit

>noticeable receding hairline
>19
Heh, guess I'm just high test.

this is why you shouldn't deadlift

>tfw dad died when I was 5
>moved from a third world county to a worse third world country
>raised only by my mother
>got cancer at 19
>depression and autism

Diddly cured my lower back pain tho

Doing deadlifts causes lower back pain.

Not doing deadlifts won't strengthen lower back.

What do?

Cured my back pain too

Deadlift with baby weight and perfect form.
McGill big 3

>started taking hair loss supplements at 18

H-high t-test right guys?

Nah we're just genetic dumpster fires

I already deadlift babby weight. 185 pounds for reps yet my back is still tight a week later.

go heavier

>tfw had lower back pain when I was 5

Heavier with lower reps? Starting to think 5 sets of ten is what is my problem. maybe do 5x5 at 225 instead?

>broke my back when I was 18
>permanent damage to nerves in left arm
>torn tendon in foot had me limping for 2
>knee problems since 15
>still deadlift 4pl8
>pussies on this mongolian crochet board complain about a booboo

>lower back is hurting
>watching a Mark Rippletits video
>mfw realize I've been doing squats wrong and have been putting a shitload of unnecessary strain on my lower back

fuck

ya, do that, just go heavier. I know heavy sqauts and deadlifts cleared up years of back pain for me

Okay then. I know I can go heavier. I'm not DYEL but I like to restrain myself because I'm worried about injury, but apparently I should be doing the opposite.

L4/L5 herniated disc while being goalie in football at age of 23.
26 now and have no back pain anymore from changing up my training and being careful.

don't listen to . If deadlifts irritate your back then stop them and start small.
back extensions > weighted back extensions > good mornings w/ no weight >good mornings w/ dumbells > stiff legged deadlifts > regular deadlifts.

become a swimmer lol.
it corrects your spine too.

I can't because i am too shy about the other guys seeing my shaved peepee in the shower

i always showered with my underwear. im a grower, my flacid benis is like 2-3 inches

But that's the best part

it's perfectly acceptable to meet up already wearing your shit, splashing yourself with water and go home in a robe if your pool doesn't have individual shower booths.

Mee too and i somehow get hard when i see the other guys rubbing their abs with shampoo

Former hs swimmer here
Only did one year at uni

Only showered after lifting weights before classes, and we wore our practice suits in the showers.

i got a bad pain in my ass from deadlifting today

what does it mean

>I don't deadlift cuz it's bad for the back

That fucking hurt

>lower back pain
>fart
>goes away

Just because you were a willing recipient in a poor little white boi train and got your back broke by niggers, doesn't mean we have booboos

Low bar squats and conventional deadlifts claim 2 more victims.

Sitting all day like a soyboy weakens muscles in your fucking spine user go see a physical therapist

yeah it's hilarious that people who sit all day have more back pain than laborers

Kys now then you faggot.
You are weak.

i love how he walks away from the bar

>"and thats how you do it kids"

>tfw you can squat and diddly 4pl8 and you carry furniture at work all day and you wear a belt and recover fully before lifting again so your back's fine

>recover fully
an upcoming herniated disc gives no symptoms, it hurts only when it's already too late

I be sayin don't lift when you're sore because you'll hurt yourself with bad form an shiiiet

This can sometimes be high cholesterol bro, get your bloodwork done

I had lower back pain from age 19 to 24 and now at 25 I don't anymore.

difference is I wasn't active but now I am. I had no muscle mass to support my spine and now I do.

I thought I was fucked for life but it turns out no, that's not how your body fucking works.

6'5" btw

>18
>532lbs
I can still make it, right?

is that your squat? pretty sick bro

had back surgery when i was 18. its gg senpai. low weight high reps now. though i do try to go higher on weight but I dont think ill ever hit 1/2/3/4... just take hot baths or some shit.

oj då

>had back pain from 20-23/24

that shit went away when I started doing diddlys and squats properly and heavy. Not to mention starting to bend over properly by hinging at my hips, back straight and loading on my hamstrings more.

See a physio, and do proper strengthening everywhere I guess.

you better be 7'6"

Why not just stop shaving your peepee?

you can save your fucking life

an average post on Veeky Forums

I fux my back squating back in highschool 24 now so Ive had back pain to varying levels for the last 7 years. A few things Ive learned is do your core work, stretch your legs and stretch your hip flexors these get extremely tight because of the amount of sitting we do. Also recently tossed some glute bridges in and I think its helping so far but its only been a couple weeks.

Please help yourself user. I want you to live

I had back pain until I started deadlifting. Once I got to like 350 it ceased forever.

>shit genetics

>22
>131lbs
>can lift but eating is excruciatingly difficult for me
>had to stop eating breakfast today halfway through and haven't aten anything else since then

Not gonna make it

I always thought I had a bad back.

For 25 years I struggle with it.

Turns out I had a weak back. Deadlifting and lifting weight in general fixed it.

>second weekend of december 2017
>feel fine all night
>lay down on pillow
>room starts spinning insanely fast
>in 5 seconds ahve to get up and run to bathroom
>throw up
>happens 3 more times during night when i try to lie down
>have to literally sit on my floor with my back against my bed (bed only comes halfway up back) for the rest of the night to keep self upright
>wake up in morning and neck is killing me
>now january 3
>neck still hurts like fuck in the morning

21 herniate L5 disk at 20 shut the hell up

Are you female wtf?????

this

everyone in my family is quite tall and has lower back pain except me and my brother, and we both deadlift

>never lifted in my life
>decide to stop being a neet
>dog dies
>have to bury him
>kill my back digging a grave
>had to get 3 injections and on painkillers

See a chiropractor. Horror stories are 1 in a million. It's totally worth it. I had a neck bent the wrong way, a misaligned spine, a pronated sacrum and tendonitis. Chiropractor fixed all that shit.

Same, but i am formoer military, doing stocking job at retail and fat as fuck. so prob my fault..

Watch Jeff. He cures back and kneepain (INSTANTLY!)
Helped me alot

Had lower back pain since the age of 15 because i was a fucking nerd and was hunched over a comouter 10 hours a day with absolute shit tier posture.

Deadlifting and squats have helped my back pain.

27 now and only rarely get pains.

just stretcch

learn to make gainer shakes, pinch your nose and chug them down

I got it when I was 23, 28 now and I didn't start dealing with it properly until about a year ago.
God I could've been so much stronger at this point.

THISTHISTHIS cured my knee pain and back pain. he knows his stuff

I prefer the tube and funnel method

>25 years old
>receding hairline/thinning on top
>on/off lower back pain (from brewery work)
>knee pain regularly

>25 years old
>hauled heavy gear during army service while being oblivious about proper posture and ergonomics
>pain in the back of neck
How much time to i have

Fuck thats horrible. Its okay bro, we're all gonna make it.

Plenty. Neck will fuck with your head position but can be rigid during lots of lifts.

I literally just got my minoxidil because my hairline slowly started to go at 22. Get on that shit lads

>lower back pain at 21
>discover it’s due to sitting shitty
>pelvis is rotated and fucked up causing entire left side to be underdeveloped
What doctor do I go to to fix my posture in my pelvis

I've lived with lower back pain since I was 15, you'll get over it

>sleep for 2 weeks straight
>wonder why you're in pain

>lower back pain
>started when I was 18

>somehow

Mirin bloat

High bar squats fuck your back up just as bad numb nuts

B L O A T M A X X E D

I've slept on the floor for the past month because my air mattress deformed and I don't want to spend hundreds of dollars on a new one.

Will this fuck up my back?

sleeping on an air bed will fuck up your back anyway so what's the difference
