Laying leg curl -4×10-12 last set 3 drop sets
Hack squat- 4x12-15
Straight leg deaf lift- 4x 12-15

Quick version. Foot placement and tempo definitely matter.

This is what I started doing and it helped wonders.

For traps you might need to start doing some extra lat work to presumably fix the uneven scapula alighnment. (All this is speculation because I dont know why your traps are uneven.)
