Been feeling off for a the last two months, diet and workouts have fallen to the bottom of my priority list. Hopefully it's just a december depression phase that'll pass shortly.

So you cut your calories a bit

You will ALWAYS gain fat with muscle, cut at some point or incorporate a mini cut every 4 months

I haven't been TRULY lifting for a very long time, maybe 2 months... before I would just do PPL with no room for forearm work.
Now I've been doing xULxPPL. I gained a pound in that photo so I calculated my daily calories to go up to 2lbs a month. I'm ready to make some FUCKING GAINS

Started off with ICF for 3 months or so. Gains were great, but I quickly started to hate squatting each and every workout. I changed to a modified PHUL routine which I still do today. Genuinely enjoying my time in the gym now.

Strict press 3x8

Incline dumbbell press 4x7
Lat pull-downs 5x10
Ez curls 3x10
Some tricep thing (haven't really found what works yet)
Face pulls 3x12
Hanging leg raises 3x15

Vagina machine (in & out) 1x12
Heavy squats (yes at the end,works better for me) 5x5
