it can be fixed, try massage the back of your head, stretch all your kneck muscles and strengthen them it will fix itself within a month

I have been trying, I had a hunchback, and lordosis and I've managed to mostly eliminate those problems, but the head posture seems to be stubborn

My biceps are tiny and my traps are probably the most developed muscle group I have due to all the rack pull variations I've done, otherwise seems legit. Back squat and dl numbers are based on year old PRs, they're probably a bit higher now.

I think its' decent enough. The theoretical max is based on 4 clean reps at 115 which were explosive and reached my stomach without excessive back extension. I don't think I could do one clean rep with 120 let alone 130 though.

Pendlay rows are a rather arbitrary measure of upper back strength though.
