I can lift beyond 1/2/3/4 now but look terrible.

I'm currently cutting since xmas, but I really want a Zyzz style physique.

Any tips?

Arnold press - 4x10

Just started getting srs with lifting again after a long hiatus. Getting autistic with it now tho. Doing 2 hour long brosplit seshes hitting each muscle group 2x week. 2 weeks in doing that. Been doing halfassed home dumbbell fullbody shit for the 2 weeks prior. Work manual labor so had an alright starting point.

Yeah I'm natty, thank you for the compliment. It's one I've come up with over the years that I enjoy, but still is high intensity and leaves me wasted afterwards. It's really high volume, but I can get either day done in 1 hour and 45 minutes even if the gym is jam packed.
