I just broke that PR today. Is the barbell resting on your shoulders? If it's your arms keeping it there, you'll wear yourself out.
I try not to rest at all between reps, bring the bar below my collarbone then back up to locked elbows. Is that wrong?

you have to squat more to OHP more. Deadlift too. Lower back, core and glutes are used a lot in OHP, not just your shoulders.

damn. i did 185 x 3 the other day so i'm sure i could do more on a good day, but I was pretty hyped anyway since i'm only at 180 bw right now. my OHP is as good as it's ever been but the progression is frustratingly slow compared to other lifts
