Lucky me cause I live next door to the grocery store so I just pick up more of whatever I need, and I eat whenever I feel hungry. Cook everything in butter and use lemon juice on the meats. Keep it simple stupid desu, you could cut out most of the shit I have listed but it’s still very cheap and simple.

get a sous vide water circulator bros. best investment i've ever made. it cooks meat to the PERFECT TEMP ALWAYS. in fact, it cooks it the perfect temp AND THEN STAYS THERE. if you have a tough piece of meat it makes it more buttery. i can cook a high end steakhouse worthy steak with about 5 minutes of active prep

>vacuum seal the steak
>immerse in warm water
>cook for an hour
>heat up cast iron in the meantime w oil (hot as possible)
> sear on both sides for 2 mins (flipping every 15 secs)

Blend it.

Pour into bowl. Add small amount of stilton. Eat with a baton of bread if you're not trying to avoid calories.

No it doesn't have the fats and proteins needed for proper muscle building. Its best to use brown rice and to eat it with protein filled foods, beans being some of the cheapest

Sliced strawberries or bananas also work great for some sweetness. I switch nuts around to whatever is cheapest or go with a mix, most of them have the same nutritional value to be honest.

Pack of chicken breasts

1 bag Chowmein noodles

Brown the chicken in whatever oil or however you want, allow to drain. Mix soups and milk in big bowl and stir till thick. Place chicken in casserole dish and pour soup mix over the chicken filling pan. Top with Chowmein noodles, bake in oven at 375 for 45min to an hour and done. Damn good and can eat around noodles if you want.
