I'm with you. I have found that it does take up a large portion of my day if not nearly all of my day sometimes.
I have found that meal prepping on a Sunday for the coming week helps me save time. Cooking, shopping and cleaning up dishes is so long so meal prepping something that only needs to be microwaved helps me out loads.
