Gain weight, focus on arms. Your wrists are tiny so there is a limit to how big you are ever going to get. Bringing up the glamour muscles might be the best bet.

I've really neglected squats though I have been doing them a lot recently and have been making crazy gains. I don't deadlift much as my tiny apt gym only has dumbells but when I do get to a real gym I try to DL though I'm not very good at them and have little desire to go too far above 1 or 2 pl8s, so I can DL more than 135 but I keep it at 135 as a baseline

Any tips for my back squats and dls given that I only have access to dumbbells most of the time? I do lots of leg press and Bulgarian split squats for the ass gainz

Don't have a pic, but imagine a 6'00" skinnyfat build. I looked at my pics and am just too embarrassed to post them. My spine looks crooked, I've got a soyboy jawline (used to get praise for how strong my jaw looked), hunched over shoulders, just poor posture in general. I weigh 160~ pounds and have never been to the gym because I simply couldn't afford it. Finally got a job offer in my field of study paying roughly 50k a year. So now I'm going to fix all these problems that years of retail have taken on my neck, back, and general posture. I want to stop being a weak, skinny fuck. The only other time I've tried lifting weights I couldn't bench more than a 1/4 plate, couldn't squat 1/2 plate, and could barely OHP the bar. Wish me luck bros.
