I just tried cooking cottage cheese with scrambled eggs and its incredible.

>disgusting texture and moisture of cottage cheese goes away
>melts perfectly together with the scrambled eggs
>actually tastes sorta like cheese now without being to strong

how is this not the most popular way to eat cottage cheese?

Gonna try this tomorrow, thanks user.

Have my blessings user, I will try

Try adding dried onion flakes to it. I'm serious.

The only cheese that should go on eggs is pepper jack

Anything else is heresy

This and spinach

That's what we consider an omelette in EE, nigger. Get on our level.

Bet that makes unholy farts

>cottage cheese
>eggs
>onion flakes
>bacon cubes

I know what I'm making for breakfast tommorrow

Gonna give it a go.

garlic + spinach is great in eggs.

What's the point if putting cottage cheese in it if it just melts away????

You showed him user

Don't you mean.... a whey?

Do you put the cottage cheese in the pan while the eggs are cooking or after?

Where do I get onion flakes

I would suggest doing the same, but using goat milk feta in place of the cottage cheese, and sauteeing some onions in it too

I let the eggs cook a bit until only some of it remains liquid, then I add the cottage cheese. It's going to be a bit watery for a while as the cottage cheese cooks but you just keep mixing everything together.

Do u kno de wey

Damn clever whey for a high proton meal. Love it.

Never tried cottage cheese with scrambled eggs. Gonna give it a shot. Have tried cheddar, moz, camembert, blue stilton and applewood and they all work well.

How are you even supposed to cook the eggs? Standard oil or fluff with milk?

i just mix it with tuna and eat it on bread, i mix eggs with ground beef

Makes the eggs creamier and adds protein. You can't taste the cottage cheese once the eggs are done

I need details. What's the ratio? How do you not burn the milk/cheese?

Oh thank you OP, does this work with egg whites?

Just tried this as it was my feeding period as I was reading this thread. I will never eat scrambled eggs any other after trying this. Thank you OP I've never had eggs as creamy or fluffy

>not eating spam and eggs

The same way you don't burn the eggs I suppose.

add some paprika powder to it before frying next time and thank me afterwards.

My dudes.

Don't do this! This makes toxic chlorine gas!

The sounds like a great idea. I tried spreading cottage cheese on a cracker once and it was fucking terrible. A egg could really pull it together

>Spice Island

It's a wonderful vacation spot

>spiceislandbeachresort.com/
It actually does look pretty nice.

My fucking cheeks, anons

Never, ever do this with greek yoghurt.
I made that mistake once and will never make it again

I make this every morning, with spinach added . Throw in two pieces of toast. Boom

This is making me want a well buttered slice of sourdough toast.

Mah niggas

My jacks

>What's the ratio?
I tried 3 eggs with 100g of cottage cheese and it seemed fine. Seems like a bit to much cheese at first but most of it is just water anyway.

>How do you not burn the milk/cheese?
It's almost impossible to burn with so much moisture anyway, just cook it like scrambled eggs until it's as solid as you like it.

I do this but with ricotta cheese. When beating the eggs I add a spoonful or two of ricotta, you end up with a nice creamy texture.

cottage cheese has one of the most awesome and unique food textures, the fuck is wrong with all of you.

Oh man this so much.

Add chilli sauce if you want spice

you're weird

can i also make an omelette like this

defo gonna try these eggs OP ty for sharing

as a side note cottage cheese with olive oil is fantastic

If you put to much cottage cheese on there it's going to be to fluffy which is nice for scrambled eggs, not so much for omlette.

Eat with canned peaches. Tastes like peaches and cream, mate. Shit's cash.

this
I eat it with a spoon straight out of the container and literally never put anything in it
it's one of my favorite foods to eat. on level with stuff like my favorite fastfoods / food at restaurants or moms cooking etc
