3 months to grow out of Skeleton

Going to Rome with my uni class on a trip in April. How much should a 5'9 140lb skeletor eat to look fairly normal in 3 months time?
>also progress pics

What game is this lol

No hope, best you could do is pack on a lot of fat

5'9 140 isn't too bad, I started at 6'2 135. But how much should you eat? Literally as much as you possibly can

Chad vs Nerd IV

You're not eating as much as you think. Seriously eat a fuckton lot of food, and not just one or another, eat a lot o different foods

READ THE FUCKING STICKY.

And yes, if you haven't lifted before you should be able to make impressive gains within 3 months, but only if you're consistent and not going to pussy out like the little bitch you sound like.

wwe 2k

some wwe game by the looks of the animation

eat big to get big and do compound lifts, that's literally it

QTDDIOT: I'm 5'11" and 163lbs, what diet / routine should I do to gain 25 lbs in 6 - 8 months?

To add to that, I don't work out, but I jog fairly regularly and my job requires me to regularly lift things. How will beginner gains factor into this, will they?

>Tank says Wow
I can't upvote this

Post a body pic, with those numbers you shouldn't be skelly

> work out every day
> avoid failure (don't even start a set if you're noit sure you will finish all clean reps)
> hit every group 4x a week
> eat at least 120g of protein every day
> get most of your calories from fats, but don't over eat
> sleep at least 8h a day

a good sample program would be
a
squat
> 1x5 working set + as many sets as possible x5 @ 70% of load of working set
bench press
> same as above
barbell rows
> same as above
triceps extensions
> same as above
neck curls superset with lat raises
> 5x10-20 of moderate to light weights

b
romanian deadlift
> 1x5 working set + as many sets as possible x5 @ 70% of load of working set
cable chest flies
> same as above
lat pull downs
> same as above
cable curls
> same as above
weighted crunches superset face pulls
> 5x10-20 of moderate to light weights

abababx (rest on sundays)
do not go over the 70% of the working set bc you ought to be able to recover quickly
add weights 1-2x a week on every lift except the superset ones

this not manageable in long term, but for 3 months only, as a beginner, you can pull this off for sure

Timeline is about 1.5 months.
Went from 155 to 170 in that time (6'3)

>GOMAD for the first 4 weeks
>PPL routine 6 days a week
>Watching my macros

Not much in the way of gains, but I think my frame is filling out nicely. Could be doing more to speed up the process, but I'm a bit lazy.

I gained 20 pounds in 2 months doing this below.
>Started November 7th 5'10'' 137lbs
>Today Jan 9 5'10'' 155lbs

Nutrition
>GOMAD + 600 cal protein powder (half a serving of ON Serious Mass gainer)
>At least 1200 calories regular food

Lifts
>Start a routine, don't just go in and do whatever you feel like.
>lift 6 days a week
>Get dat sleep (youll definitely crave it more)

I've been lifting since age 14 but never gained any weight until I started GOMAD

If you quit because GOMAD makes you gassy,
>never gonna make it

you look exactly the same, bit odd for 15 lb difference

Congrats you got better lighting

Thanks guys

Perfect candidate for SS and GOMAD. I’m not even meming, you can make a shitload of progress in three months, especially if your only goal is to “not look like a skeleton”.

Just trying to show OP my results, no need to be a cunt.
