No idea, but I have two adjustable dumbells I've been using for the last 9 months or so. I started with 8lbs on each hand, and am now up to 17lbs. My plan is to increase one pound a month until the end of the year.

Except for chest flys, you can do the same with both? Incline bench with db or bb is the same

Like I said before you can overload better with barbell ench press, but even better than bench would be the over head press.

dont listen to this person. a mixture of both is ideal for maximum strength gains which increase overall size and hypertrophy of the stabilisers for aesthetics

dumbell require a lot of balance and coordination, and they're easier to work out at home with cause they dont take up a lot of space. I have a couple of them under my bed

I completely agree. I've always had a weak chest, and consequently a hard time with increasing my benchpress with a barbell. I switched over to dumbbells and I immediately started getting a larger chest. You just get so much more depth from the range of motion, and you can keep your hands parallel to your body, which feels so much more comfortable than gripping a long bar across your chest.

I use dumbbells somewhere between 30 and 40 for all of dumbbell exercises. Dumbbell curls and inclined dumbbell bench are usually the only two. Can I keep going with these or do bench or something until I'm strong enough to use larger dumbbells
