Being vegan and working out is like training with a physical disability. You're always trying to overcome your poor diet through supplements, compromised fake foods, and over training. If your goal is to actually be as healthy and strong as you can be, then your main source of food has to be meat.

I'm not even vegan and this is just factually wrong. No, your main food source should absolutely not be meat. Small amounts (less than SAD) is good, overconsumption has its own health risks. Your diet should consist of mostly fruits and vegetables. Even if eating as much (particularly red and processed as they're confirmed carcinogenic) meat as you want wasn't unhealthy - the antioxidants, phytonutrients, and other health benefits in fruits (esp berries) and veggies (esp dark leafy greens if you wanna count them as veggies) are enough to warrant them being the biggest part of your diet alongside nuts and legumes.

Eating meat in moderation can definitely be part of a healthy diet, unlike what vegans would say. But overconsumption has significant health risks.

If you're stupid enough to go the "vegan plus one animal product" route, the best option is clearly fish.
