Explain please, if you just ate chicken breast instead the calories would be about the same with similar protein. A scoop of gold standard is 130 calories. A 0.5 lb chicken breast is 142 calories

Which brand of fish oil do you take for omega-3 and how much are you supplementing a day? I found that 6g of combined EPA and DHA per day was prohibitively expensive.
