315min/60= 5.5hrs.

5.5hrs is really the MOST time you should be spending in the gym, and even that is probably too much unless some of those days are cardio imo.
If you spend more than 5.5hrs in the gym/week, you're fighting against yourself, it's all your ego, all this wasted time just to be able to say, "I spend EVERY DAY in the gym, bro!!!"
