Start small.

First goal is to get out of bed. Second is to put some gym clothes on. Then you're ready. May aswell go to the gym and check out what's on offer. Now you're there, may aswell lift some weights

Do Sl5x5 and a modified version of gomad where you try to eat 4k healthy calories a day. When you miss the target. Drink full fat milk to make up the remainder.

If you're going to get fit, make sure you stretch after you lift. It'll reduce the chance of injury. There's no point in lifting and then getting snapped up a few months into it.

I stretched. Toe touches, left over right, right over left, stretched arms and legs.

Go for a 20 minute run when you're finished. Increase it to 30 minutes next week and add small sprinting periods mixed with passive periods, do this at least 3-4 times a week. Watch the fat melt away.

Some years ago I realized one day that all these sitting around is making parts of my body hurt. Just doing nothing started hurting.

I started to research basic exercises and got myself some dumbbells and started doing basic movements (deadlift, squat, OHP, bench press).

I got myself a flimsy bench and worked out some more at home because I was too shy to go to the gym. Should have skipped but that part but whatever, as long as I was doing something.

Start with small steps and move on from there OP, you can do it. You don't need to be perfect, and at your point any progress is beneficial.

Even if you do shitty you're still doing better than doing nothing if you compare yourself five years from now on.
