It's for 5 reps each. It's assuming you start on a 5 rep program like SL or SS and you're normal man height (6'0+). Once u get to 5 reps for each of these lifts it's time to switch to an intermediate program. At least that's what I did anyway.

It takes a bit of practice, but you'll get the technique eventually
