You activate your upper pecs by first accepting OHP/the press™/all vertical press variants are a memelift and recognize the superior incline press as the only acceptable shoulder+chest lift.

Stop cheating your OHP retards, chest involvement in strict OHP is minimal.
If you are activating your upper pecs in OHP you are doing incline bench..... Form should be strict with pauses on the clavicle, if fairly new to OHP it helps to hold at the top a few extra seconds to get used to overhead weights.
