Reminder that although cheat days are all well and good. Refeed days are actually very important when on an extended cut especially when you are going from an already healthy bf% to a very low one.

Difference is a refeed is just taking on extra complex carbs into calorific surplus.

Cheat days are just a splurge of fat and sugars.

I just generally eat whatever whenever and it never effects my low body fat percentage.
