I fucked up last night and ended up eating a ton of carbs I shouldn't have.
No food for me for the rest of the week...

Just had some leftover chinese takeout and some tea

Just had 2 cups of milk and two cookies..time for bed.

3Cups of oats and some PB.
And then 3 chicken fillets.

for lunch i had 8 big cookies, some fruit and 4 soft rolls with cheese and bacon.
and then some more chicken...

it's fine.
i do hard cardio 6-7hrs a week in addition to PPL... Though not too pleased with the amount of simple carbs.

Ate a cookie and drank a glass of soy milk. Then I remembered I'm bulking so I ate one more cookie.

Greek yogurt + raspberry, blueberry and blackberry smoothie.
Pretty good if I do say so myself.

A bowl of oats with 2 tablespoons of Teddies 100% natural Chunky peanut butter, half a frozen banana and 12 blueberries, and cinnamon. Add in a half cup of unsweetened almond milk. It’s delicious. Side dish is green string beans.
