I would love to lift with a slight buzz but I act weird when high (delayed and/or inappropriate reactions in conversation). I work at the gym so I'm guaranteed to see people. How do you manage that?

I like sugary quark cheese drinks (taste and consistency of yoghurt with more protein) and ready made crisp bread with cream cheese spread. Those are readily available at most stores over here and fairly cheap, tasty and nutritious.
