God tier answer coming through:
1) Squats
2) Rack Pulls
3) Incline Dumbbell Press
4) Some Sort of Row
5) Overhead Press
Squats will develop your entire lower body adequately, rack pulls will blast your traps and forearms like no other, incline bench and overhead press will hit the majority of your upperbody, and the rows will hit lats and rear delts. The only muscle group youre actively missing are the biceps which are still secondarily activated during rows. Replace the rows with weighted chin ups if you wanted and get way more bicep activation but I dont like doing chin ups.

Nice job partially limiting your entire back into mediocrity. Rack pulls and rows/weighted chin ups is objectively better. Flat bench for upper body? Hit incline and use dumbbells and significantly increase ROM and chest activation. Your game is WEAK

How arent rack pulls useful? Are you retarded? Are they useful for strength? Not so much but you could progress the ROM to carry over more to deadlifts if you really wanted. But are they useful for developing traps and forearms? There are literally 0 exercises that exist that do a better job. There is no exercise that isolates the traps with the heaviest load possible like that. The only reason deadlifts hit traps is the weighted stretch and you can load easily 2.5x your deadlift onto a rack pull.
Also flat bench for chest? Enjoy minimal ROM, lagging upper chest, and imbalances. Again, maximize your chest by using dumbbells to get a deeper stretch and incline to also hit upperchest. DYEL?

Well I like to bench. I'm aware its not optimal for max gains, but i enjoy benching. Olympic lifting has been so much fun tho. Progressed to 120kg/265lbs c&j and 80kg/175lbs snatch now. Shits hard tho :D Glad my coach is super strict on form.
thats is somewhat taken care of with loncycle and snatch (I know 64 kg aint shit, but you can do reps in 100)
fuck that's almost exactly what I'm doing
Makes me butthurt because I probably squat more. My lifts are inefficient as fuck.
Currently at 275lbs for clean and jerk and 200lbs for snatch

hah lol. I do olympic lifts for explosive power and for fun. Ofcourse the overall condition on my body has increased a lot after I started these olympic lifts. My main focus is on martial arts tho. Still learning. Snatch takes a lot of time to really master. Squat & DL I can move way more iron, but im not happy with my form so i've been squatting sets of 20 on lighter weights. Also stretching, lots of stretching.
