You should do more than crunches bro. If you want abs to really show, you do hanging leg raises, thread the needle, woodchoppers, figure 8s, and windshield wipers. Do this in a gauntlet style twice a day for no more than 7-10 minutes, and you’ll get amazing abs that show off all the main points. Never ignore obliques and remember, it’s not about the quantity of reps, it’s the quality. Contract every time you do abs. That matters more than you cranking out a high rep #.
