I'm thinking of just making more of my mass gaining shake to just replace the meal entirely since i wake up late as fuck and generally never have an appetite in the morning

If you have a ninja/bullet type thing one scoop of whey, chia seeds, flaxseed, avacado, spinach, and some sort of fruit

Also forgot to say milk/water/ some sort of medium

Blend:

37g Cashew Nuts (can do 75g if you want more calories)
100g Oats
1 scoop
400ml whole milk
1tsp of cocoa powder (if your whey is unflavoured)

gg. 950 calories and it doesn't taste like shit

t. an incredibly picky eater

I usually cook, but when I'm lazy, I do
>1.5 oz unsalted raw almonds
>big glass of milk (8-12 oz)
>2tbps peanut butter spooned right out of the jar

I'm 155lbs tho so my tdee is low, adjust numbers upwards accordingly. This is around

25g protein, 35g fat, something like 500 cal

Uncooked oats in milk + boiled eggs or for even less prep, raw nuts

I make cookies.

Omlettes generally, takes about 5 minutes to make plus ypu can throw whatever you like in there. I usually go for spinach tomato and red onion

Protein shake

>100g dark chocolat
>40g protein powder ( i use weider vanilla vegan prot)
>40g soy protein (98%prot, cheap, why not)
>20g pure bitter chocolat
>2 ripped bananas
>90g dates
>50g coconut oil, liquid

EZ RECIPE
>mix almonds and chocolat VERY well, you will obtain a kind of dry crunchy past
>put in a large bowl or a oven pan
>mix bananas and dates VERY well
>put in the bowl
>bain marie the coconut oil if it's not liquid yet
>put the protein powder in the bowl
>put the now liquid oil in the bowl
>mix it with your hands
you will have about 700 g of cookie dough, you can divide it by 5 x (140g cookies)
Put it on a non sticky oven sheet and cook it at 180°celcius for about 20 mins, until the corners get darker. The cookie will stay soft until it's cool so don't be afraid.

PS: You can add 1/3 cup of water if you feel the dough too dry or fall apart
