I assume from your wording you already know you have high test? If so, your diet won't make fuck all difference. Many claims about certain foods affecting test levels are true, but the actual difference they make is negligible.
If you're high test, you're high test. If you're low test, the only way to raise it is to inject test.

Lots of coconut. There's no magic link between meat and testosterone. The link is between saturated fat/cholesterol and testosterone, and coconut products have plenty of both.
