So, give it to me straight, is Stronglifts/Starting Strengths worth my time as a beginner or should I just do 3 day splits twice a week?
So, give it to me straight...
Theres a fucking QTDDTOT up to contain you retards, go post in that.
In the long term SL/SS will give you a much better foundation to build on. Remember this is a marathon not a sprint
Current body stats?
What's blaha been up to? More conspiracy videos and looking more like shit?
he just dissed Elgin lol
Christ he's still starting YouTube drama
I didn't expect him to keep posting ever since his whole 'black ops' life got debunked.
I mean I dont blame Blaha for once here, you know Elgin loves to provoke right?
Candito's beginner Strength/Hypertrophy program is probably the best one out there.
okay i'll do that
do 3 months of SL 5x5 or SS
then 6 months of PHUL
and then 6 months of PHAT
and last PPL 6 days a week forever
...
I do stronglifts but on the third day I do kettlebell for cardio and oly instead
Not really serious about lifting so I don't think I'll change it anytime soon
I'm currently doing SL (didn't do SS cause gym doesn't have bumper plates and i'm scared)
the structure and app really helps me do it without much thinking.
Just eat, lift, and sleep. and follow the app instructions. ez pz japanezy
wtf?
just do SS then TM dumbass
fuckn dont listen to these idiots
is the reddit ppl okay to move to after doing SL for three months?
yes
:)
I started lifting few weeks ago and jumped on a 6 day PPL program right away. Now I'm fairly certain it is too much for a beginner and im starting icf in next week.
Ì was dyel....could do about 10 pressups..started ss...not enough volume at all for me..doing a 4 day split now with much better results n 1 hour15 mins in gym. Ss is great for info but the volume wasnt enough for me..
greyskull lp or blaha is what i would recommend
he looks like shit but he knows a lot about training
