If you're sticking with the eggs, grab some full fat cottage cheese and mix it into your scramble. It'll make the most buttery delicious eggs you've ever had. Add sun-dried tomatoes and oregano if you really wanna go to flavor town

Thanks. I alternate every 4 days between a batch of eggs with potatos, and eggs with fat-free cheese.

Man I worry about going over 30g of sugar a day while bulking and you're eating 110g for breakfast. Have fun with diabetes

Everything is good, but the cottage cheese suggestion is pathetic. Fuck cottage cheese. Sugary sour milk with little-to-no nutritional values. 200+ calories for a cup at ~25g protons when you could just eat meat and shave some cheese on your eggs for close to no cost at all.

Cottage cheese is delicious and is the best source of casein proteins
