I think I just got someone on the Veeky Forums train. His gf commented on how much "bigger" I looked. For starters, I'm barely over DYEL mode since I don't really lift seriously anymore. Just lift to keep from injuries in MMA training. Now he's jealous and was apparently asking her what kind of pull-ups I do.

Wondering when I should invite him to workout with me.

Was a complete skelly (still am but not as much and now I'm changing that), only been lifting for a month and I've gone from 57kg to 61,7kg, don't have any before pictures but even though it hasn't been long enough to gain much size, I've got more definition and my arms are a lot bigger
